I'm writing these words and I'm breathing love and support into each letter I type,

for you and for everyone that we know.

I am learning so much through this life,

with contemplation and beauty that moves me,

swirling around day after day.

I want to share the essence of it all with you,

to help somehow

to perhaps view a different depth and understanding

to assist in making things a little easier to cope

 

This is my goal.
